Applying for an Apartment
Your first step is to call 508-693-7555 and ask for an application to be sent to you. Or, you may download an application and mail it to us. The application for all projects except Hillside Village I can be found here. The application for Hillside Village can be found here. The application process is thorough but fair and considerate of all applicants. Because we are government-funded, we must follow government guidelines with regard to fair housing and concern for the disabled. So, you will need to supply a fair amount of information about your assets and general circumstances.

Usually, there will not be an apartment available on the day you complete the application process; it is likely that you will be placed on a waiting list. In the autumn of 2009, the typical applicant for a regular apartment is on the waiting list for weeks; the applicant for an apartment serving the disabled will probably be on the waiting list for a longer time.
