Woodside Village II is a two story building with 18 one bedroom apartments with elevator access.  The downstairs apartments have sliding doors off of the living room with a garden area. The administrative and maintenance offices are located off the lobby. Woodside Village II has a large community room for all the Woodside Village residents to gather for monthly community lunches, holiday events and guest speakers.  All of Woodside Village is situated next to walking trails of the southern woodlands. All Island Elderly Housing properties are equipped with a laundry room with washer and dryers. Heat, electric and hot water are included in the monthly rent.
