Our USDA properties are located at Hillside Village I consisting of 40 units. Each apartment has private entry from the outside and a garden or porch area.  A VTA bus stop is located outside the entrance. All Island Elderly Housing properties are equipped with a laundry room with washer and dryers. Heat, electric and hot water are included in the monthly rent.
