It takes a village.

In addition to housing Island Elderly Housing offers related services to assist our residents and enrich their lives, which we are able to provide through valuable partnerships with other local organizations.

On any given day a resident may need assistance to coordinate transportation from their apartment to a Boston medical appointment; or decipher the complicated language of Medicare insurance policies; connect with Island opportunities by way of Go-Go-Grandparents or even invite some local Alpacas for a meet and greet on the front lawn. Every day is as different as the residents who call Island Elderly Housing Home.

To meet the needs of our residents Island Elderly Housing Service Coordinator works with an ever-growing network of dedicated professionals who make it their focus to improve the quality of life for elders.
