Hillside Village II is a two story building with 10 one bedroom apartments with elevator access.  The downstairs apartments have sliding doors off of the living room with a garden area. All Island Elderly Housing properties are equipped with a laundry room with washer and dryers. Heat, electric and hot water are included in the monthly rent.
